Payments

All payments made to MartianDays for services rendered will be processed securely through Stripe. By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service and acknowledge that payment information will be handled in accordance with their policies.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered under agreed-upon circumstances outlined in a formal proposal provided by MartianDays. Refund requests must align with the terms and conditions laid out in the formal software development proposal agreed upon by both parties.

Legal Documentation

Every payment made to MartianDays for software development services will be supported by a formal and legally binding software development proposal. This proposal will outline the scope of work, payment details, terms, and conditions agreed upon by both parties.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of the use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

MartianDays reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
