THE TEAM

Founder-led. Built by a small, senior team.

Martian Days is deliberately small. Every engagement is led by our founder, and we bring in trusted specialists when the work calls for them—never as a layer between you and the people building your software.

01 / FOUNDER

Fayaz Rafeek

Founder & Technical Lead

Portrait of Fayaz Rafeek

Fayaz is a full-stack software engineer and SaaS founder. He built Uniteam and Lobbi from the ground up, from real-time data and access control to the interfaces people use every day.

At Martian Days, he scopes every system, writes the code, and stays your direct point of contact from the first call to launch and beyond.

“Every project still starts with a conversation with me, and I stay accountable for it until it ships.”

— Fayaz

02 / HOW WE WORK

Specialists, not layers.

Some projects need more than one pair of hands. When they do, we partner with independent designers, engineers, and domain specialists we have worked with directly. They join for the parts of the build where they add real value, and the team stays as small as the work allows.

  1. One accountable lead

Fayaz owns the architecture and the outcome. You always know who is responsible, and you can reach him directly.

  2. Senior hands only

No junior handoffs or account managers. Everyone who touches your system is an experienced practitioner in their field.

  3. Right-sized teams

We add collaborators only when they make the work better or faster, so you never pay for headcount you don’t need.
